Boots’ owner Sycamore Partners is reported to be considering an IPO as alternatives to a sale continue to be explored. » More on forbes.com
Sigma Pharmaceuticals share falls after confirmation of talks about Boots
Sigma Pharmaceuticals’ share slid 5.5% to A$2.76 after the company confirmed it had taken part in early talks about a possible acquisition of the Boots pharmacy chain. Investors are worried about the size and timing of such a transaction so soon after the merger with Chemist Warehouse because of potential integration, financing and execution risks. » More on de.investing.com
