Silex Microsystems achieves spectacular stock market debut on Nasdaq Stockholm

Silex Microsystems’ share briefly jumped to 210 SEK on its first trading day, about 160% above the issue price of 81 SEK, and later traded at 154.50 SEK (almost +91% versus the issue price). Market capitalization is around 16.5 billion SEK (roughly €1.5 billion). Through the IPO, Silex together with Chinese shareholder Sai MicroElectronics raised about 2 billion SEK (€185 million), funds intended for expansion and the purchase of manufacturing equipment in the U.S. Sai MicroElectronics remains slightly under 10% owned, which is seen as a potential risk for the U.S. expansion. » More on finanzen.net
Silexion Therapeutics increases authorized share capital after shareholder approval

Shareholders of Silexion Therapeutics Corp approved an amendment to increase the company’s authorized share capital at a reconvened extraordinary general meeting. Silexion drops sharply after warrant exercise agreement

Shares of Silexion Therapeutics Corp fell 22.4% in premarket trading after the company announced a binding agreement for the immediate exercise of certain warrants at a reduced price. The transaction will generate approximately $1.8 million in gross proceeds for Silexion and includes the issuance of new warrants, which can only be exercised after shareholder approval.
