Ampeak Energy rebrands after securing financing for major battery storage project

SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited has officially changed its name to Ampeak Energy Limited; shareholders approved the rename and the new ticker AMP will apply from market open on 21 August. The rebranding coincides with financial close for the AW1 battery storage project, one of the largest of its kind in the UK, and CEO Graham Reid says it signals the company’s evolution.
