Sintana Energy plans listing on the Namibia Securities Exchange

Sintana reaches settlement with ExxonMobil over VMM-37 block for US$9 million
Sintana has agreed with ExxonMobil to settle an arbitration concerning the VMM-37 block in Colombia. Sintana will assign the rights and interests in the block to ExxonMobil; ExxonMobil will pay a total of US$9 million in two tranches (US$3 million within 60 days, US$6 million after regulatory approval). Both parties will drop the arbitration and release each other once the assignment is approved by Colombian authorities. Sintana Energy starts trading on London's AIM market
Sintana Energy will begin trading on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market on 23 December 2025 while retaining listings on the TSX Venture Exchange and the OTCQX market. The oil and gas exploration company recently completed the acquisition of Challenger Energy Group and holds interests in licences in Namibia and Uruguay, with a pending interest in Angola; it is working with partners such as Chevron, Galp, Pancontinental and NAMCOR.
