Skanska raises construction-sector margin to 5.6% and proposes nearly doubled dividend
Skanska reports Q4 2025 revenue of SEK 43.9 billion and an operating construction-sector margin of 5.6%, well above the prior year and the company's target. Group operating income rose to SEK 2,981 million and profit for the period to SEK 2,469 million; earnings per share climbed to SEK 5.94. The board proposes a dividend of SEK 14 per share (SEK 8.50 regular plus SEK 5.50 special dividend), almost twice last yearâs level.
