SOL Strategies acquires Houdini Swap for $18 million
SOL Strategies has completed the acquisition of HoudiniSwap for $18 million in cash and common shares; the purchase equals about 39% of SOL Strategies' market capitalization. HoudiniSwap is a non-custodial cross-chain swap aggregator with roughly $2.5 billion in cumulative swap volume, projected 2025 revenue of about $13 million, 32 exchange partners and multi-chain routing across more than 100 networks.
