Stadio reports H1 2026 revenue of 1.080 billion ZAR (+13%) and earnings per share of 0.24 ZAR (+15%); normalized EBITDA rose 31% with a margin of 31.3%. Enrolled student numbers grew 10% to 56,171, exceeding the 56,000 target. Free cash flow was 332 million ZAR; half‑year net debt stood at 120 million ZAR and was largely repaid.
