Steppe Cement recorded a 33% revenue increase in the fiscal year to 31 Dec. 2025, reaching KZT 52.375 million (about USD 100 million), and sold 2.07 million t of cement, up 21%. The average cement price including delivery rose 10%; the company’s market share in Kazakhstan is 14.3%. It plans to raise production capacity to 2.5 million t by modernizing its clinker line from 3,000 to 4,500 t/day; investment costs are estimated at around USD 35 million, of which USD 5 million is for environmental measures. Steppe Cement increased cement sales by 18.2% to 850,424 tonnes in the first half of 2025, achieving a 35% rise in revenue to 20,717 million KZT. Despite higher transport and supply costs, the company benefited from a growing domestic market in Kazakhstan, although its market share edged down slightly to 13%.
