Swiss Water exceeds earnings forecasts; shares rise 17% after Q2 results

Swiss Water reported adjusted EPS of $0.20 for Q2 versus $0.05 expected, while revenue of $65.97 million missed the $68.37 million estimate. Processing volume rose 17%, gross profit nearly doubled to $10.2 million, and adjusted EBITDA for the last 12 months reached a record $17.1 million. Swiss Water reports sharply higher profit despite declining revenues

Swiss Water posted second-quarter revenue of $66.0m (−3% year-on-year), despite processed volumes increasing 17%. The company reported a net profit of $1.9m for the quarter (versus a net loss of $0.4m a year earlier) and a H1 profit of $3.3m, EPS $0.34. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $5.3m in the quarter (+191%), driven by volume growth, currency benefits and improved compensation of inversion expenses, while lower New York “C” coffee prices and reduced pass-through duties weighed on revenue. Swiss Water sets annual general meeting for 21 May and nominates major shareholder representative to board

Swiss Water announced it will hold its ordinary annual general meeting virtually on 21 May 2026; the record date is 13 April 2026.
