Talisman Metals extends exploration licenses for Fougnar copper project in Morocco

Talisman Metals has extended two exploration licenses (3942418 and 3942419) for the Fougnar project in Morocco until 8 May 2030. The licenses cover 30.6 km² and are 100% owned by the company through a Moroccan subsidiary; under Moroccan law they can be converted to mining (exploitation) licenses. Earlier sampling returned copper grades of 0.50–1.45% and up to 70 g of silver per tonne. A drilling campaign is now scheduled for Q4 2026, delayed from the original Q3 2026 timetable; the project lies about 25 km from the Tizert deposit. » More on de.investing.com

Cambrian Limited has reduced its voting interest in Talisman Metals from 9.74% to 8.76%. The decline resulted from a change in the distribution of voting rights that took effect on 20 August; Cambrian now holds 6,252,049 direct voting rights and does not hold any additional financial instruments. Ovoca Bio acquires Tadeen International by reverse takeover and transforms into a mining exploration company. After completion the name will change to Talisman Metals and the new ticker TLM will be introduced; trading remains suspended until shareholder approval.
