Teleperformance drives AI transformation forward despite currency headwinds

Teleperformance reports 2025 revenue of €10.2 billion (reported decline 0.7%, like-for-like +1.3%) and achieved recurring EBITA of €1,485 million with a margin of 14.6%. The company cites strong cash flows (net free cash flow €870 million, H2 record €642 million), proposes a dividend increase and deployed 42% of free cash flow to buybacks and dividends. CEO Daniel Julien is stepping down; Jorge Amar will become CEO on 15 March 2026 and is expected to accelerate the AI-driven “Future Forward” strategy.
