Energi Holdings Limited has agreed to acquire 51% of Tembo e-LV B.V. as part of a PIPE financing that values Tembo at a $200 million enterprise value and an $838 million equity value for its planned merger with SPAC Cactus Acquisition Corp 1 Limited.
