The board of directors of Tetragon Financial Group has declared a dividend of $0.12 per share for the second quarter of 2026. The ex-dividend date was July 31, the record date was August 3 and payments begin on August 26. Shareholders can elect until August 13 to receive the dividend in shares under the Optional Stock Dividend Plan or as a cash dividend in US dollars, or alternatively in British pounds.
