Vita Coco buys super-premium coconut water maker Copra for up to $275m

Vita Coco completed the acquisition of Copra with an upfront payment of $175m (80% cash, 20% stock); additional earn-outs of $45–100m are tied to 2028 financial performance and payable in 2029.
