thyssenkrupp plans IPO of materials unit TK Accelis in 2026

Thyssenkrupp’s supervisory board has approved the spin-off of its materials trading unit Material Services (now tk accelis) and plans to take 49% of the company public. Shareholders are expected to vote on the move at an extraordinary general meeting, likely on August 7. The shares will first be distributed to Thyssenkrupp shareholders and then listed in Frankfurt.
