Towa Pharmaceutical recalls duloxetine after detection of elevated nitrosamine impurity

Towa Pharmaceutical voluntarily recalled thousands of bottles of the antidepressant duloxetine after tests found N-nitroso-duloxetine levels exceeding FDA recommended limits.
