Tracsis rises after confirmation of guidance and acquisition of Mistral Data

Tracsis shares climbed almost 8% after the company reported group revenue of around £85.5m for the fiscal year to 31 July 2026 (+4.4% vs. prior year) and an adjusted EBITDA of about £13.5m, both in line with analysts’ expectations. At the same time, the £48m acquisition of Mistral Data was completed, expanding Tracsis’s customer base to 22 of the 24 UK train operators and adding a high‑margin, subscription‑based SaaS platform. The sale of the lower‑margin Events Transport Planning division for £7.25m, together with the acquisition, underlines the strategic shift toward a leaner, software‑focused business model and contributed to the positive investor reaction.
