Traction Uranium sets March 11, 2026 as record date for 3-for-1 share consolidation
Traction Uranium is carrying out a 3-for-1 share consolidation effective March 11, 2026, which is expected to reduce outstanding common shares from 10,949,093 to about 3,649,697. Fractions of at least half of a new share will be rounded up; fractions below 0.5 will be forfeited without cash compensation. The ticker and company name will remain unchanged; new CUSIP/ISIN numbers have been announced and shareholders without a certificate will automatically receive a DRS notice. The move is being taken against the backdrop of typical financial challenges in the exploration stage; Traction Uranium operates projects in the Athabasca region and is conducting further exploration in Saskatchewan. » More on de.investing.com
