TruFin confirms special dividend of £0.4303 per ordinary share
TruFin has announced a special dividend of £0.4303 per ordinary share; the total distribution amounts to £22,513,707. The shares will trade ex-dividend from 6 August 2026, the record date for the share register is 7 August 2026 at 18:00, and payment will be made on 28 August 2026. TruFin: shareholders approve all resolutions including buyback authorization
At TruFin’s ninth annual general meeting, around 75.31% of the issued share capital voted and all 12 resolutions were passed, including the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025. Five directors — James van den Bergh, Steve Baldwin, Penny Judd, Anders Wilhelmsen and Sean Brennan — were re-elected or elected. Crowe U.K. LLP was reappointed as auditor and the board was authorized to determine its remuneration. TruFin boosts 2025 revenue by 20% – Playstack drives growth
TruFin reports a 20% increase in gross revenue for 2025 to £65.9m and adjusted EBITDA of £12.6m (+66%). Gaming division Playstack generated £55.3m in revenue (+24%) thanks to its existing catalogue and new releases such as "Abiotic Factor" and "Balatro". Fintech arm Oxygen grew by 18%, while Satago saw revenue fall by 50% after losing a banking contract and is responding with cost cuts and a strategic refocus.
