    Tullow Oil has completed a refinancing, repaid existing bonds of USD 100m and refinanced a secured facility of USD 400m. The company issued senior secured notes (about USD 1,185m) due 2028 and subordinated secured notes (around USD 423m), arranged a super-senior commodity prepayment facility of USD 100m and placed additional notes worth USD 25m with Glencore.
