TwentyFour Income Fund has issued 4 million ordinary shares at 106.19 pence each, raising £4.25 million before costs and fees. The shares were placed via a blocklisting facility to meet market demand and to raise capital for investment. Issued share capital now stands at 869,205,296 ordinary shares of 1 pence nominal value.
