Union Jack Oil puts Reabold takeover under review after board overhaul

The takeover committee has extended the deadlines for Reabold’s share exchange offer after Union Jack extensively reshuffled its board. Union Jack will reassess the share exchange offer made by Reabold and says it will issue a circular with independent financial advice in the week commencing 7 September; the original 'Day 60' has been reset to the 21st day after publication of the circular. On 24 August three directors were removed and Craig Howie and John Americanos were immediately appointed after shareholders holding around 14% of the votes demanded the meeting. » More on de.investing.com
