Ushio completes acquisition of OSRAM's entertainment and industrial lighting division

Ushio completed the acquisition of OSRAM’s Entertainment and Industry business on March 2; the unit now operates as Ushio INE GmbH and will be continued as Ushio Industry & Entertainment. The acquired business covers specialty lighting for entertainment, cinema projection, stage lighting and industrial applications. Ushio emphasizes that customer relationships, product portfolios and services remain unchanged and that the integration was carried out without interruption to operations or delivery obligations.
