Adjusted EBITDA, at just under €421 million, missed expectations (estimate: €431 million). For 2026 Verisure is targeting ARR growth of around 10% and an adjusted EBIT margin of about 26%; the company reports net debt of roughly €4.8 billion. Annual recurring revenue rose 12.4%, beating the 12% forecast, and quarterly revenue grew 10.9% to €965 million. The adjusted EBIT margin improved to 24.5% for the quarter (full year: 25.4%), and the operating result stood at €953 million.
