Versigent beats Q2 forecasts by a wide margin and raises full-year revenue outlook

Versigent reported adjusted EPS of $1.92 for Q2 (expectation $1.50) and revenue of $2.44 billion versus expected $2.30 billion. Adjusted EBITDA rose 25% to $272 million with a margin of 11.1%.
