Videndum posts half-year loss but reports debt reduction and positive cash flow
Videndum recorded a decline in revenue to GBP 109.9m in the first half of 2026 and an EBITDA of GBP 3m, but reported adjusted operating cash flow of GBP 2.3m. After a refinancing, net debt fell by GBP 110m to GBP 39.3m and liquidity stands at GBP 25m. Videndum cuts annual guidance and announces new CEO – shares plunge
Videndum names Jan Peter Tewes as new Group CEO effective 17 August 2026 and lowers adjusted EBITDA guidance for the full year to £15–18m. The company cited difficult market conditions, disruptions from the Middle East conflict and production problems in Feltre, although these have largely been resolved.
