Wallbox and partner Turning Point Energy have installed more than 10,000 AC and DC charging stations at private, commercial and public locations in Saudi Arabia since 2022. Turning Point acts as Wallbox’s official distributor, certified installer and maintenance provider in the kingdom. The partnership supports projects linked to EV manufacturers such as BYD and Lucid, and the companies plan further expansion of the charging infrastructure. The NYSE has accepted the plan submitted by Wallbox to meet the requirements of Section 802.01B for continued listing. Wallbox must reach either stockholders' equity or an average global market capitalization of at least $50 million; the stock will continue to trade on the NYSE during the plan's term and the NYSE will conduct semiannual reviews. Wallbox recorded revenue of €29.7m in Q1 2026, a 12% decline versus the prior quarter, and a gross margin of 37.3% (below guidance). Adjusted EBITDA loss was €6m, an 18% improvement versus Q4 2025, and personnel and operating expenses were reduced by 31% year-on-year. The company received €11m in bridge financing and holds €7.6m in cash excluding those funds.
