Webjet reports weaker first half 2026 and does not lower EBITDA guidance
Webjet recorded 724,000 bookings in the first half of 2026 (-8%), TTV of A$726m (-3%), revenue of A$68m (-1%) and adjusted EBITDA of A$14.4m (-8%). The company cites a subdued domestic leisure market due to high interest rates and no near-term increases in international capacity as reasons, while competitors like Booking and Expedia report TTV growth. Webjet will pay an interim dividend of 2 cents per share, plans to distribute 40–60% of adjusted net profit going forward, and is increasing marketing spend and expanding its international air business with the aim of doubling TTV by 2030. » More on de.investing.com
