Windar Photonics launches offer for private investors of up to £300,000
Windar Photonics is offering private investors up to 6,000,000 new ordinary shares at 5 pence each to raise gross proceeds of up to £300,000. Each subscribed share is accompanied by a warrant to subscribe for a further ordinary share at 10 pence, exercisable for three years from 28 August 2026; the warrants will not be traded on AIM. The offer is being conducted via the BookBuild platform, Zeus Capital is acting as coordinator, and admission of the shares to trading on AIM is expected on 1 October 2026, subject to resolutions at the general meeting on 30 September 2026. » More on de.investing.com
