Workhorse Group pays $4.3 million to settle lawsuit
Workhorse Group has reached a binding settlement with Coulomb Solutions and will pay $4.3 million, after which the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Michigan is to be dismissed. The amount equals roughly 16% of the current market capitalization and is expected to be financed from existing credit lines.
