Worldline in exclusive talks to sell New Zealand payments unit to Cuscal
Worldline has entered exclusive discussions with Cuscal to sell its New Zealand payments operations for an enterprise value of about €17m. The unit handles roughly 70% of in‑store payments in New Zealand, with estimated revenue of €35m and adjusted EBITDA of about €12m, and operates separately from Worldline’s European business. Worldline presents 'North Star 2030' and plans €500m capital increase
Worldline unveiled its transformation plan "North Star 2030", targeting roughly 4% CAGR (2027–2030) and an EBITDA of €1bn by 2030. To finance this, the company announced a €500m capital increase; anchor investors such as Bpifrance, Credit Agricole and BNP Paribas have already committed €240m (including a private placement at €2.75/share and a rights issue). Worldline Q3 2025: revenue stable, Financial Services declining
