XP Inc. beats Q2 earnings and revenue expectations, but stock falls

XP Inc. reported adjusted Q2 earnings of $2.67 per share (expectation $2.59) and revenue of $4.88 billion (expectation $4.85 billion). Assets under management rose to BRL 2.2 trillion and net new inflows were BRL 28 billion; the company continued share buybacks and dividends. Management still expects double-digit revenue growth for 2026 and plans platform launches and AI initiatives, but warned of market volatility, mark-to-market losses and fee pressure in the fixed-income business.
