XPS Pensions boosts profit and revenue after advisory demand boom

XPS Pensions Group confirms full-year guidance after H1 results
XPS Pensions Group reports a 13% rise in revenue for the half-year to 30 September 2025, to £128.5m, and adjusted EBITDA of £33.4m (+8%), slightly below consensus. The EBITDA margin fell to 26.0% due to higher National Insurance contributions, investments in insurance consultancy and remediation work related to the McCloud decision. XPS Pensions Group wins administration mandate for Metropolitan Police pension plan
XPS Pensions Group has been appointed to provide administration services for the Metropolitan Police Service pension plan, which has more than 80,000 members, over a period of more than seven years; the appointment is subject to the completion of the final contract. The services will be delivered as part of a consortium led by DXC Technology, making the scheme XPS’s largest public administration client.
