Porsche is transferring its 45 percent stake in the joint venture Bugatti Rimac and 20.6 percent in Rimac Group to a consortium led by HOF Capital, raising around one billion euros. The deal raises the forecast for the auto business’s net cash flow margin this year to up to 7.5 percent (previously a maximum of 5 percent). €250 million from the sale is to be used to finance pension obligations.
