alstria raises FFO forecast for 2026 to EUR 74m after stable leasing

alstria has raised its FFO forecast for 2026 from EUR 53m to EUR 74m, supported by lower financing costs from a hedging program. FFO for H1 2026 increased by 37% and the margin climbed to 41%, while the revenue forecast remained unchanged at EUR 192m. Alstria Office places €500m bond with 4.25% coupon

Alstria Office has issued a €500 million bond with a 4.25% coupon maturing on 15 October 2029. The issue price was set at 99.103% of par, and Société Générale is acting as stabilization coordinator. Stabilization measures are announced for the period 8 October to 14 November 2025 but may be ended at any time.
