Lenta takes over O’KEY entirely by assuming its debts

Lenta has acquired 100% of RFB‑Retail, the operator of the O’KEY hypermarket chain, making no cash payment but assuming the company’s liabilities. The deal includes 75 hypermarkets (478,000 m² of selling space) and four distribution centres (107,000 m²) across six federal districts and will be consolidated from June 2. Lenta expects net debt/EBITDA of about 1.0x and an EBITDA margin of at least 7% by the end of 2026, plans to complete integration and rebrand to “Hyper Lenta” by end‑2026, and anticipates synergies and a rise in hypermarket market share to 39%. » More on de.investing.com
