Natixis to act as stabilisation coordinator for SAGESS euro benchmark bond 2033

Natixis will serve as stabilisation coordinator for a SAGESS euro benchmark bond maturing on 25 May 2033. The initial price guidance is around 24 basis points over the comparable OAT; the stabilisation period is due to start on 2 December 2026 and may last up to 30 days after the issuance. BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, CIC, HSBC and Société Générale are also stabilisation managers; actions will follow EU and FCA rules. Natixis forgoes price stabilization for €250m Pfandbriefbank bond

Natixis said that no stabilization measures were carried out for the issuance of the 2.375% bond of NATIXIS Pfandbriefbank for €250m (maturity 2029, ISIN DE000A14J0S6, offer price 99.709%). Natixis acted together with BayernLB and Erste Group as stabilization managers. RCI Banque plans euro-denominated perpetual with about 6.75% yield

RCI Banque has announced a euro-denominated perpetual bond in benchmark size that includes a call option after 5.5 years and will initially be marketed at roughly 6.75% yield. Natixis is acting as stabilization coordinator, with Citi, Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale as additional stabilization managers; the stabilization period is expected to begin on 17 September 2025.
