Pluri announced that its subsidiary Cellav has completed cosmetic registration for the regenerative aesthetic product Regenativo+ in the UK Cosmetic Product Notification Portal, enabling sales in the UK. The board of directors of Pluri Inc. approved equity-based compensation for CEO Yaky Yanay consisting of 39,050 Restricted Stock Units immediately awarded and options to purchase 39,050 common shares at an exercise price of $5.00, each with a three-year exercise period.
