Sitio Royalties Corp. completed a stock-for-stock merger with Viper Energy, Inc. and became a wholly owned subsidiary of the newly named Viper Energy; Sitio shares were suspended before the market opened and a delisting and suspension of SEC reporting obligations were filed.
