Investor 352 Fund sued FAT Brands in New York state court seeking $109 million plus interest and the issuance of nearly 3 million Class B shares of Twin Peaks promised as collateral, alleging FAT missed loan payments and refused to hand over the pledged Twin Hospitality Group stock.
