MAN receives order for 112 electric buses from Vilnius

The public transport operator VVT in Vilnius ordered 84 solo buses and 28 articulated buses from MAN. The electric buses are to replace parts of the diesel fleet and will be delivered from late 2026 to late 2027. MAN and Deutsche Bahn settle years-long legal dispute over truck cartel

MAN, a subsidiary of Traton, and Deutsche Bahn have mutually ended an almost ten-year legal battle over claims arising from the truck cartel. The parties agreed to keep details confidential; the settlement also covers claims by the Bundeswehr, several airports and around 40 other companies. MAN reaches agreement for Salzgitter plant with ban on dismissals until 2035

IG Metall and the works council report a collective bargaining result for MAN in Salzgitter: dismissals for operational reasons are contractually excluded until December 31, 2035, with an option to extend to 2040. The site decision is accompanied by an investment commitment of €59 million.
