S&P Global Ratings has raised its outlook for Air Products from 'negative' to 'stable' and confirmed the issuer and debt ratings at A as well as the short-term rating at A-1. The agency views the withdrawal from projects such as the Louisiana Clean Energy complex and the liquid hydrogen facility in Casa Grande as credit-positive, although this resulted in one-time pre-tax charges of about $2.9 billion and reduced the capital plan to $3.5 billion.
