  • ASP Isotopes announces commercialization of multiple materials projects and helium expansion

At the Emerging Growth Conference, ASP Isotopes presented a plan to commercialize helium, silicon-28, carbon-14 and ytterbium-176 and to spin off Quantum Leap Energy. Phase‑1 production of helium and LNG in South Africa has started; Phase 2 is secured with about USD 750 million and is expected to deliver significantly higher volumes; first helium and LNG deliveries are expected in September 2024. The silicon‑28 facility is operating in its current configuration, with initial deliveries planned for H2 2024; carbon‑14 and ytterbium‑176 are also slated to start commercial production in 2024. Management warns of execution risks, supply bottlenecks and market volatility, but sees substantial revenue and EBITDA potential through 2031 if strong demand continues. » More on de.investing.com

  • ASP Isotopes unveils growth plan focused on isotopes, helium and radiopharmacy

ASP Isotopes presented an expansion plan at the Canaccord Genuity growth conference that includes production of stable and radioactive isotopes, helium extraction from the Virginia gas project, and expansion of radiopharmacy in the US. Management says the company has about USD 290 million on the balance sheet (March 2026) and is targeting long‑term EBITDA of more than USD 300 million by 2031, excluding the nuclear fuel business Quantum Leap Energy. In the short term there are delays at plants in South Africa and supply issues in the carbon‑14 business; phase‑1 helium production is expected to start by 30 September 2026. Further US acquisitions and radiopharmacy transactions are planned, and phase‑2 financing for Virginia is envisaged at USD 750 million. » More on de.investing.com

  • ASP Isotopes subsidiary signs non-binding memorandum of intent for supply of HALEU

ASP Isotopes' subsidiary Quantum Leap Energy has signed a non-binding memorandum of intent with a European nuclear technology company to explore a long-term supply of high-assay low-enriched uranium (HALEU, >10% U-235). Under the framework, the partner would provide feedstock and Quantum Leap Energy would process it into HALEU at its planned conversion and enrichment facilities; deliveries could begin in 2028 and ramp up in stages through 2036. ASP Isotopes has a market capitalization of USD 677 million, more cash than debt and a high current ratio, is generating strong revenue growth but remains unprofitable while scaling. » More on de.investing.com
