Flotek raises 2026 guidance after strong international chemicals business
Flotek has raised its 2026 revenue guidance to $360–370 million and adjusted EBITDA to $50–54 million, mainly due to unexpectedly strong demand in its international chemicals business. Compared with 2025, the midpoint of the new ranges would imply revenue growth of about 54% and an increase in adjusted EBITDA of around 58%. International chemicals revenue rose in the second quarter to about $10.6 million (+450% sequentially) and could exceed $40 million in the second half of the year from projects in Saudi Arabia. CEO Ryan Ezell cites sustained rising demand as the reason for the further upward revision of the outlook. » More on de.investing.com

It operates in two segments, Chemistry Technologies (CT) and Data Analytics (DA). The DA segment designs, develops, produces, sells, and supports equipment and services that create and provide valuable information on the composition and properties of energy customers' hydrocarbon fluids. This segment's data platforms combine the energy industry's field-deployable, inline optical analyzer with proprietary cloud visualization and analytics. It sells its products directly through a mix of in-house sales professionals, as well as contractual agency agreements. The company was incorporated in 1985 and is headquartered in Houston, Texas.
