Fulton Financial has issued a subordinated fixed-to-floating-rate note of $300 million due 2036. The note pays a fixed coupon of 5.950% p.a. (semiannually) until May 15, 2031, then switches to a floating rate of 3-month SOFR plus 217 basis points (quarterly). Fulton may redeem the note at par from May 15, 2031. Net proceeds will be used to repay an outstanding 3.250% note due 2030 (USD 195 million) and for general corporate purposes; closing is expected around May 5, 2026. Piper Sandler and J.P.
