Mitsubishi Chemical forms joint venture with Accenture for AI-supported corporate platform
Mitsubishi Chemical and Accenture have established the joint venture Rix Business Partners, which launched on May 1 through the subsidiary DIA-RIX and is based in Marunouchi, Tokyo. Mitsubishi Chemical holds 81% of the shares and Accenture 19%. The company, led by Shinichi Nakata, employs 255 people.
