Molecular Partners starts phase II trial with MP0317 in cholangiocarcinoma

Molecular Partners has launched the TACTIC phase II trial testing MP0317 together with modern immunotherapy and standard chemotherapy as first‑line treatment for advanced cholangiocarcinoma. The study will enroll 75 patients at nine specialized centres in France; initial results are expected in 2027, with completion in 2028.
