NanoViricides renews contracts of president and CFO and extends credit line

NanoViricides renewed the employment agreement of president Dr. Anil R. Diwan through June 30, 2026 (annual salary $400,000), granted him 10,204 Series A preferred shares with quarterly vesting, and provides six months' salary plus continuation of benefits in the event of a termination for operational reasons. The contract of chief financial officer Meeta Vyas was also extended through June 30, 2026; she will receive a $10,800 monthly salary and up to 50% reimbursement for health insurance (max. $2,500/month). The existing credit line was extended to March 31, 2027; it totals $3.0 million at a 12% fixed interest rate and is secured by real estate and equipment.
