Nurix starts global phase-3 study DAYBreak CLL-306 for bexobrutideg

Nurix has enrolled the first patient in the global, randomized phase-3 study DAYBreak CLL-306, which is evaluating bexobrutideg in patients with relapsed or refractory CLL/SLL after treatment with covalent BTK inhibitors. About 620 patients will be randomized 1:1 to receive either 600 mg bexobrutideg orally once daily or pirtobrutinib. Primary endpoints are objective response rate and progression-free survival, assessed by an independent review committee.
