Lifeward shareholders approve partnership with Oramed and potential capital injection
Lifeward has approved the issuance of common shares as part of a strategic partnership with Oramed, potentially giving the company access to up to about $47 million from Oramed and an additional investor. The financing includes equity, convertible bonds, milestone payments and warrants. Oramed receives $18 million from Scilex and announces cash dividend
Oramed has received a payment of $18 million from Scilex, fulfilling all obligations under an option agreement and raising the total return on the original $99.5 million investment to $118 million.
